Email HOWTO

E-Mail

1) How do I check my email?

One of two ways. Both are fun!

1) By webmail. Each account comes with it's own NEOMAIL web client. Which means you can access your email from ANYWHERE in the world! Simply point your browser to http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/.

2) And our favorite. Simple edit your POP3 E-Mail software to automatically retrieve your email. Simply configure your email software for a POP3 Email Account with the following information below:

Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.YOURDOMAIN.xxx (replace .xxx with your extension)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.YOURDOMAIN.xxx

UserName: you@YOURDOMAIN.xxx
Password: (your password)

Simply find the DNS Settings from everyone.net or bigmailbox.com and write them down. Then open up your control panel by going to www.yourdomain.com:2082/ (type in your user name and pass) and then select "Modify MX Entry." Place the MX entry you received from your provider and if nothing happens within 4-72 hours, please contact us. If you are in doubt before hour 1, please contact us anyway and we'll help you out!
